@danapainterman in the 90's, Afghanistan was responsible for up to 80% of the worlds heroin! They openly admit to this despicable trade in misery and death, claiming it is the only way to support their families and themselves, whilst i dont agree with the loss of human life, i am astounded that we havent simply carpet bombed the crops, as a former heroin addict, i feel strongly about the erradication of the poppy fields, and the manufacture of the white death the so easily sell, peace.

you mean to tell me that our men are risking there lives to protect drug dealers? where do they sale the drugs here in america?? drug dealers will kill for there crops,and lie. they shot at us and get away everytime a shot here and there, trying to change a way of life with american blood and bullets in a country thats dependant on drug trade? so we have a nation of drug producers and we want to clear a few talaban out for there markets? what markets, looks like sticks and grass huts to me
