I guess her point is that "we human always need to be thoughtful and take care people around us, do not try to think ourselves superior to other people.

being pure is also important, however, "just pure or quiet" people are not good and attractive. we need to express our feelings more straightly so our opponents can understand us more.

especially, tsundere girls are awesome. in fact, fate who won 2008 was also "dere" girl...hinagiku who won 2009 was tsundere...mio who won 2010 was also tsundere...and, mikoto who won 2011 was tsundere too...
