This film is a documentary film on the "Right to Information Act-2005" implemented by the Indian government on 12th Oct, 2005. The film stresses upon that essence of this Act, which is timely dissipation of the information. But due to various reasons, the main purpose of this Act getsdefeated and its full advantage is not being extended to the common man.
