In my life of martial arts.. I've seen the most amazing technique : when I thought that an old karate master tries to break 7 slabs of bricks with his palm but instead he shattered only the bottom one, including a minor tear on the cloth which is laid under those bricks.

Okay so I use to hangout allot with the son of a Karate performer. The whole secret to break a whole ton of these things its not your strength or mental capacity, its that once you break the first 2 these blocks are made to break by the weight and momentum of the ones on top.
