I had a really hard time with the representation of this bite because of the amount of thickened saliva in it.

It really isn't vomit. She has mild cp and when she gets upset she produces a large amount of thick sticky saliva. That is what you see in the video mixed with her food. She learned that retching does not keep her from eating. Thank goodness she rarely ever retches anymore and now is able to eat a 10 to 12 ounce meal. Before this therapy she would not eat 5 or 10 tiny bites during a meal. Which would be about 1/2 to 1 ounce of food. Then the rest of her nutrition would be fed through a tube.

i think its because you are feeding her the food she just spit out or the vomit

I can understand that it would look that way. But actually she would retch to get out of eating her food. This was mainly psychological. I did have a hard time with representing this particular bite because of the amount of thick saliva.
