Finnegan's, in the town of Hudson, on the shores of the Lake of Two Mountains operates every Saturday from May until October. Part antique store, part craft fair and a bit of a flea market, Finnegan's attracts regular visitors from the Montreal and Ottawa areas and occasional tourists from all over North America.
I love Finnigan's!

Neato! I'm lucky enough to live within bicycle distance of Finnigan's. An institution!
Great video.

In childhood, I spent summertime at Alstonvale next door to the Aird Estate in a cottage owned by the Tweedie family. Romping about the Aird estate was always a great adventure, catching grass frogs hopping about the great lawns, watching fish swim about the pond or riding a Shetland pony from the Aird stable across the main road. But before our adventures, Mr Aird usually extracted a "toll" from us kids . . we had to tickle his bare feet! I remember Mr Aird as a kind & generous gentleman.
