  • That is the truth.... This is the real Brahms. Weingartner for ever !!!

  • very good, klemperer is also great, but in top still stands furtwangler live in hamburg in 1951 followed by horenstein only.

  • Right up there with Bruno Walter and Otto Klemperer! Superb.

  • Very fine, but I don't think anyone has surpassed Klemperer in this music, and Bruno Walter and William Steinberg are also very fine in this piece. The Karajanb/VPO stereo performance also has its moments.
