About the name- someone said it means "or is the swimming pool" and someone else said it's "where is the swimming pool". Firstly, swimming pool is an English word and not used in French, so it's a language mix.

Or in French is indeed "ou" and where is "où", though "where is the swimming pool" makes a lot more sense than "or is the swimming pool". The accent on the u in où (where) doesn't change the pronunciation, it's just to distinguish both words (as with la and là, and a and à).
