The best way to use Fever Mode

I know, I know, it's not always possible, especially if someone attacks you after you enter fever mode, or if you get an unfavorable pattern to work with. But hey, when life hands you lemons, you use them as weapons to kick your opponent's booty with!

Or, you...set up a chain. Note the double green drop. I almost set that vertical, but then I thought about the big puyo dropping next and corrected myself.
