@pmcfrkl clear broth = nuoc leo trong To make the broth clear: 1. Rua xuong va thit bang nuoc that soi 2. Ham xuong 3. Vot bot cho sach 4. Cho lua nho lai 5. Lam thit nam (dung flank lam thit nam. Bo thit vao noi khoang 50 phut roi vot ra) 5. Bo ti dam (vinegar) 6. Bo gia vi nau pho. Khong bao gio dung gia vi da say de trong bao nhu Pho Hoa, vi no se bien nuoc leo thanh mau hoi do. 7. Lay gia vi pho ra sau khoang 10 phut. De lau qua nuoc leo se co vi dang.

The broth is not clear. One of the requirements of Pho is that the broth must be clear.
