And the part after 7:00 including the solo after 8:00 can be compared to Genesis "Supper Is Ready" Banks' solo before "Apocalypse" part there.

Guess 2:30 - 3:05, 4:05 - 4:30 and further similar stuff was inspired by Genesis ''Nersery Crime" album and especialy the song "The Fountain Of Salmacis" (listen to it from 3:20).
