Acer 1820PTZ Boot-up and tablet transformation

The Acer Aspire 1820PTZ convertible tablet PC booting up into WIndows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. I also show how this 11.6" CULV (SU4100) machine goes from a notebook to a tablet in seconds. The built-in accelerometer rotates the desktop to fit the screen orientation.

very nive toy but why does it take so long to start up? I have a 6 year old laptop with win7 that starts up in half that time ...weird.

Well, it is only a 1.3ghz Pentium dual core processor. Still faster than a netbook though.

@gruuthuse If its fresh then it probably has so much bloatware it hurts. A 5200rpm etc drive won't help much

was a slow boot up, but that could be fixed by removing the extra stuff running he background (all the acer bloatware) and running a decent anti virus like avast. Looks very cool! I might have to snag one.
