A day out in Hammelburg

Hammelburg is in the southern Rhön and very proud of its heritage as a wine-producing town. It's also an important army base and the setting for "Hogan's Heroes".

We also visted the village of Diebach, and the Tractor and Thresher Festival in the village of Schwärzelbach.

I think it was somewhere close to Hammelburg.

Back then though, we considered it the middle of Nowhere.
