So happy that you posted, I missed you! Seems like you don't want to pose anymore. What do you intend to do with this channel, what kind of vids do you want to post? Are you going to post vids showing us how to exercise or diet? Will you continue to post vids? If so, when is the next one?

@rudyc562 thats a really good question, im not rly sure what the answer is, im not ruling our posing but not right now, im in a between stage anyway as im building just b4 ripping so im not rly at the shape i want to be so wouldnt feel comfortable with posing, however, in the future, if i feel i want to show i will, thanks for your post.

@Edwardkinguk apologies, but my main focus for posing was to help those starting off, me posing now would just look like showing off and that isnt my intention.
