  • Ahahaha, this is one of the most depressing videos I've ever seen. I love it.

  • watching star wars from the command line using telnet is a bit more fun ... lol

  • What are the commands? Where did he copy and paste from?

  • It depends on the application. One could easily tack on `date' and pipe the output into a file to gather statistics.

    If you want to make a widget on a desktop, watch is most certainly better.

  • Elitism is for script kiddies who use Windows.

    Choice on how to do things is for everyone else.

  • surely using watch would be better than a while loop :S

  • Does this guy know about the middle click...? Copy+paste is for windows users, this guy looks like a bigger noob every time I stumble on his crappy stuff.

  • The scariest part of this video is watching it go up several hundred thousand dollars per second.

  • A lot of neat things can be done with the command line.
