These students have parked on the pavement (US= sidewalk) when there's a car-park nearby. Wheelchairs couldn't get past, not could the mother pushing a buggie at the end of the clip. Why are some drivers so thoughtless? The road outside Northumbria University is always packed with cars parked like this.

  • there cars shuld get towed n a hevey fine 2 get them back if i was pushing my pram down there the cars will have no mirrors or paint

  • 0:35 is a prick :P

  • Quick before they look slash there tires!

  • @10lx the same could be said about people crossing the road,

  • @schneil yes,The yellow line means there are parking restrictions on that road, usually restrictions are no parking between 8am and 8pm, if its before or after that time it is legal to park there. But if they do need to park on the pavement they must leave more room than that,

  • If anyone deserves to get a ticket it is these selfish tossers.

  • @stuanemma They shouldnt be parked there at all.......There is a yellow line AND yellow bollards there.

  • @B4GR1X Keep your car off the "foot"path then. There's a clue in the name I've highlighted it for you.

  • WITHOUT WATCHING; because otherwise they will block the road..

  • Is it just me or are those cars parked on a single yellow line?
