It's like how people westernize Japanese food, I don't see why anyone need to make a big deal out of this. It is Japanese style pasta, it didn't say it has to do with any original Italy recipes anywhere. Just because it uses pasta doesn't it mean it has to be made the authentic Italian way. It's just a fun fusion food he came up with. Let it go already and just enjoy the video!

If you don't like it ok..don't bitch about how other people cook. The tittle of the video tells you exactly what's gonna happen so why bother watching if you're just gonna be upset? Sheesh. The kitchen is a place for experimentation so quit being kitchen nazis. <3
