Dog says "I Love You" for Valentine's Day

Livvey and her mom Melissa teach Chester their dog to say "I Love You". It only takes a few minutes and they are amazed at how quickly he catches on. Dog's that do tricks do the ones best that they naturally pick up on. Chester loves to talk and this dog loves to sing. It is amazing how clear he can say the words once he has had a little while to practice. Chester's favorite song to sing is Happy Birthday but he will join in whenever someone is singing a song, which makes it very hard for Olivia to practive her vocals.

@ChicagozFirstLady @TheSingingLover12 yes chihuahua and I think maybe Jack Russell Terrier. He started howling at sirens, then at me when I mimicked one, then later he began copying me when I made high pitched sounds, like in the video. Thanks for watching.
