@ImminentlyWise i also heard its just like taking a poop. The water breaks in pregnancy. Before you poop you often pee. You then have contractions and both. Then you push and the baby or poop comes out. lol

i honestly didn't know about all these positions..lol which is the least painful and the quickest and safest for the baby?

I am a doula which is basically a professional birthing partner. I help mom or assist her partner to help her with these positions to help with the pain and discomfort of labor. Be informed and educated before commenting on things you dont know about, this is an informative video for mothers who are looking for alternative ways of cooping.
