All the worlds dictatorships like Hitler's Nazi Germany, Stalin's Communist Russia, Mussolini's Fascist Italy could not have total control of the people without having total control of the media.

The people of these regimes were easily controlled because they believed and trusted the media. Just like many people in America believe and trust the American media today.

Many good people in authority have resisted the corporate takeover of the media in the past. But without support of the people, were unable to do so. Slowly but surely, the people have given their freedoms away. And only they can take them back. Not as groups, but as individuals who become the change they want to see in the world.
