I saw this lineup around 1990 at the Cabooze in Minneapolis, even got a chance to talk with Jack - what a nice guy, and he sounds just like a character out of an R Crumb comic.

@Foliage12 To anyone wondering what bass is Jack playing there - it's a Lane Poor Minima. Very rare (only 90 made) and unique in design (Carbon glass "frets"). It was produced in the early '90.
