I agree. I'm 16 years old, and I just recently discovered Tom's work, but I love it. It's frustrating talking about music with people my age, as very few share my intrests, and i've yet to find another Waits fan. On the other hand, it seems to make his music even more special to me, like a hidden gem of sorts.

By the way, thank you for posting this waitswatcher. Tremendous job. It's a shame I can't give you more than five stars.

I've been a Tom fan since the early 70's, and his imagery, sense of crooked rhythm, and atmosphere are unparalleled. Parts remind me of King Crimson, other parts are like a Lovecraft story, Cthulhian in nature and occult in flavour and hue. Makes this old hippie happily trippy.
