@DeanJenniferlila The shelf life is usually 12 months, sorry but I don't know anything about the waterbath method, this is not generally used in this country, it is an American way of preserving. JJS

Lovely video, easy to follow and it looks like a winner for a recipe. I was wondering do you process the jars in a pressure cooker or boiling water bath?
