he is clearly avoiding what meditation truly means. he can talk all bullocks, and ignore what meditation means actually. It doesn't mean anything he says, yet he should be respected for his views. meditation is all Cognition, looking within instead of what he is doing right now and talking idle chatter and complaining which is ignorance anyhow.
