  • I love this video...the guy talking at 1:32 is so full of shit. People back then would get into comic book just because they thought they would be worth something...then in the mid-1990's the market became too saturated and now those comics arent worth crap. Read comics to enjoy them, not to profit from them!

  • It's funny, the guy who was saying buy comics to put kids through college! Hopefully they had a plan B.

  • hahahaha i used to watch the flash show, but something nagged at me. Deep down inside i knew it sucked ass! i was a kid then. im an old man now. hahaha nahhhh i still love comix!

  • The biggest problem with the Flash show is their villains sucked.

  • Hi I was wondering because it was on the video I have a comic I found in my attic its called detective comics #27 it's quite battered I was jw if it was worth something

    Thankyou?

  • I wonder what my Foil cover Mantra is worth , along with my Spirits Of Veangance black cover . Boy , brings back old times .

  • the kids in 3:23 all have big noses lol.

  • I love how they thought that TMNT would never be worth anything but the 1st issue could go for about 1,400 in near mint condition.

  • @kingsman1288

Golden and Silver Age Books are the ones that are worth the most, due to the war and the anti-comic hysteria of the 50s (I've seen photos of Batman and Superman comics being set on fire by church, American Legion and PTA groups) and of course kids throwing them away when they got older. I collect Video Games, Books, Star Wars Memorablial, Superhero Comics and movies but I don't care about collector's values since I've already decided my kids alone will inherate my collections

  • @SCORNDOGGMELACH

Guess it's true about never throwing out your old Toys, Memorablia, Pulp Magazines and Comic Books one day they could make you a millionare and allow you to retire

  • So Superheroes were going to be the big thing in Hollywood during the 90s, too bad we got films like Steel and Batman and Robin, and we had to wait until the 2000s before we started getting good Superhero films like X-Men, Iron Man and Dark Knight

  • 2:24 LOL . 80,000? HAHAHA It just sold for a cool million!

  • Heh. World's First Batman Cosplayer 1:25
