Dr Anne McIntyre diagnosed me with M.E. when I was 7 and saved me from alot of hassle and accusations at school. Thank you so much to her.

Ean's health care workers were absolute idiots!!! Ean was tortured and subjected to unbelievable psychological trauma! What arrogance to presume he was not physically sick! I hope there will be justice for Ean. This was an insidious crime!!! And Ean's story needs to be told! Please share it on your Facebook pages.

Looked up Neurologist Peter Hudgson to see he died in 2005. After his frankly disgusting comments on M.E all I can say is "Good Riddance" !

Proffesor Simon Wessely: ''It is only human for doctors to view the public as foolish, uncomprehending, hysterical or malingering''.

What amazes me is that he has hung himself through all of his published writings and statements. The case for scientific malfeasance and misconduct doesn't even require secret documents of any kind; it's all out in the open. Incredible.

this makes my heart breack being a fellow ME sufferer. To see anyone treated like that especially a child. Where was there compassion ? what about human rights ? are they to be forgotten for convieniece ? a harrowing thought :(

This is a great historical record of what will one day be a medical embarrassment, not only in the UK, but throughout the world. Poor Dr Peter Hudgson. He really doesn't know anything at all. He is after all getting pretty old and we have to forgive his poor logic and his extreme prejudice, and his old age, above all. Dr. Wessley should have had himself sectioned or should count himself amongst famous medical sadists such as Josef Mengele or Alebert Heim.

If muscles no longer respond to nerve reflexes (no gag reflex) the last response to go is a ridge at the back of the throat. I wish this hadn't happened to me. I still have PTSD from the medical abuse that caused this paralysis. I cleared the cognitive test (4 hours, 1 hour a day.) My cognition was normal but deemed residual from a much larger skill set. Beware the Emerald Curtain.

WHAT HAPPENED to the Dr. Behans in Glasgow? Cox Sakke? These ideas were common during the 50's. This still happens in the American Northwest.
The abuse of Ean was appalling, and will probably haunt him all his life.
We don't receive medical treatment for our debilitating neurological illness, instead we receive abuse, neglect and contempt - as the doctor who speaks first clearly shows.

I hope Wessely goes to prison for what he's done.
Truth is chasing after you Wessely, and when it catches you your life will never be the same again.
