2008-9 RI President DK Lee addresses the 2009 Rotaract Preconvention Meeting

The 2009 Rotary Convention and Rotaract Preconvention meeting took place in Birmingham. 2008-9 RI President DK Lee addressed the meeting on Friday 19th June, thanking Rotaractors for helping to Make Dreams Real, and encouraging them to look to Rotary when their time in Rotaract comes to an end.

The audio was recorded on an iPhone with the Voice Memo app (iPhone OS 3.0), so apologies it's not crystal clear, it's pretty good though!
