@DLRisVH There were many years that Van Halen didn't perform most of their old music because Sammy didn't want to sing it. You'll notice that Sammy would never repeat the talking parts of "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love" or "Panama" the way they were recorded.

@DLRisVH Where are you getting information that 5150 was mostly written with Roth in the band? Eddie wrote his own guitar riffs and DLR wrote his lyrics. As heated as things were with Dave leaving and Sammy joining the band, do you really think Sammy would have sung Dave's lyrics. My guess is that he would've rewritten them, if they had been written at all.
