Thanks a lot for the video. I'm definitely going with the 3060 as well. Good to know about the preload too. When I bought my first set, I thought they weren't working properly until I actually put some weight on them. Congrats on the build!

Is your cross beam 3060 (3"x6") what was the total on your hiwin rails and bearing. What's the length of you rails and bearings. Great machine you have there.

@mike2768 - Yes the 3060 is 3"x6". I have 73" rails on the y and 2 on the X gantry beam. - So 4 rails total. I have two blocks per rail - 8 total. This is 25 series Hiwin rail. I have about a grand in the 4 rails and 4 blocks. $150 per rail and $42 per block plus shipping. You've got a great machine too! - love to pick your brain on the plasma stuff....
