@sparklefacegirl wow that's a long comment. lol. well first, thanks! second "sexy back"? to the song by justin timberlake? third, move your body however the music takes it. just don't run into your neighbor!! seriously, it's your choice. if you wanna flare up the dance using your whole body, by all means, go for it! the more the movement, the better the workout. ^_^
Thank you, the best tutorial, so far, on tthe "Saddle Up Shawty" dance that I have found on YT. "Would you be willing to break down the "Sexy Back" line dance?" Also, I was wondering if the upper body in line dancing is less of a focus (rigid posture). I love Zumba and use my hips and entire body, alot. " Also, are you supposed to be more reserved in line dancing with the hips and focus more on flaring the fancy footwork?" My Best, K
