I just bought this, but I'm actually afraid of drying out my skin since I have combination skin... I do have a terrible time with oiliness, though, so I was wondering if a morning routine would work well. If I wash my face after I wake up, apply it for 10 minutes, wash it off, and then do my regular makeup routine, would it have the desired effect? Thanks!

I'm not sure that would be effective. Trust me I have sensitive skin & been using this for years with no problems! If your afraid you skin will feel dry then apply a moisturizer on top like I do

does it have to be phillips? because i heard that u actually need to use THAT brand... idk if it matters or not...

Dove mild expoliant + milk of magnesia + monistat chafing gel + mac. Prolongwear foundation + cornstarch as loose podwer = absolutely no oil

Alrighty, I'll give it a go with moisturizer on top! I've been trying to just apply it and wash it off every morning before my routine, and the oil is definitely lessened, but it's not an amazing difference yet. Thanks!
