How to make a cheap airsoft scilencer

How to make a cheap airsoft scilencer. You can camo it or just make it black. The pipe foam costs like $4 for 6 feet of it. The paper towel roll and toilet paper roll cost like 50 cents?? idk... Anyway its really cheap to make instead of spending like 30 dollars on basically the same thing with metal around it instead of cardboard.

do you put the foam on the inside or outside of the paper tube? btw im gonna get the mb03 and do u put a smaller toliet one in the large one or just leave it as large tube and pipe foam? thnx
