Conductor Marlon Daniel shares with us the theories and music of Johannes Brahms. Observe the preparation involved for an electrifying performance by Marlon Daniel with special guest violinist Hristo Papov, cellist Kalin Ivanov, and the Praga Sinfonietta for Brahms's Concerto for Violin and Cello in A Minor Op. 102.

  • The cellist is funny! but plays beautifully! Ha-ha-haaa!

  • Maestro Daniel mentions a "couple of tricky spots" that he has to worry about, but he doesn't seem worried at all. Instead, he exudes a quiet control. And ultimately, he brings and holds the orchestra together beautifully!

  • Would love to see this conductor with one of the big orchestras. Classical music world needs fresh blood and a different slant on performance. Like his relaxed approach to interviews!
