It will power a miter saw without issue. I had one of these generators for 4 years and loved it. It fired every time I needed it to, the battery cables saved my bacon twice, and it was fantastic. Many people asked where I got it and how much I paid vs a Honda/Yamaha/etc. I had no issues at all, even though I only used a few times a year. I used it for my pancake compressor, parade float with lights and loud music, it was great!
