No. In the beta universe, Dad is Nanna's son. He is conceived from Nanna with a "fine gentleman/whoisthisdouchebag". He does not come from ectobiology.

In the alpha universe, we don't know where he came from yet. But since the kids/guardians roles are reversed, it is logical to assume that he is likely post-scratch John's son.

Amazing. Yeah we should definitely see this other side of Homestuck. Where kids was playing the Sburb that was saving the world, the adults like Fedorafreak are trying to pick themselves up from the mess the kids made by playing that game.
