ArmA 2 Operation Arrowhead Mass Helicopter insertion under fire

This is a mission for ArmA 2 Operation Arrowhead I'm working on, it takes advantage of the recent patch that fixed (for the most part) the helo AI problems that occurred when they came under fire. The Music (Ride Of The Valkyries) is embedded in the mision not the video, & is intended to pay homage to the movie Apocalypse Now (all be it with a lesser budget;)

how to do this with a plane?

@sammerftw Hmmm, depends how you want the troops deployed, if you want them to parachute out you could use a trigger with the eject command. if you want the plane to land you would have to designate the airfield via script, interesting I may give that a go myself.

@Webcommander002 So do I, but ArmA 2 is a completely different game, it gives you 100% control of everything server side & client side BF3 offers only slight control on server side (if you own a server). That said it is a fantastic game & I will be posting BF3 videos soon =)

@armaholic99 OK, try making the first wp for the troops in the chopper in the same location as the transport unload wp for the chopper, failing this I will be releasing a demo mission in the next few days.

@warspyte dude ive got the riflemen with moveInCargohelo1; and the choppers pick them up and fly to the waypoint marked as transport unload and just hover there its getting really friggin annyoing

@warspyte yes it set to transport unload and the game is version 1.60

@armaholic99 Have you set the landing wp to Transport unload? also you need the game patched to at least 1.59 for it to work
