Olga doing pull-ups at age of 6. As far as I remember her standard was 10 chin-ups a day. This time I asked her to try her best for the camera.

There is nothing worse on Youtube then those who watch chin up videos to Criticize the form lol. That little girl is amazing

It would be a great way to dicipline your kids. Get in there and do 15 pull ups or you are grounded.
