@bakota0123 Borgir influence? Ihsahn, and thus Emperor, whom Ihsahn played for, inspired Dimmu Borgir. So the way to say it is Dimmu Borgir has alot of Ihsahn and Emperor influence

MASTERPIECE, consult him when you need to know serious kick ass music, ever evolving, never stuck, he is one of the best artisit ever, proven by all his solo albums. Heard his music in other bands, but prefer his own style & creative work as himself! powerful damn lyrics, arrangements that draw the listener to take a journey to discover some heavy shit.

Too bad most people are looking for more black metal from him cause he isn't gonna do it anymore dick heads. He is his own musician and has stepped out of genre and boundaries to become who he is now. Nothing but respect for people that progress in their musical endeavors

Ihsahn is one of modern metals greatest songwriters! Every time I hear his work it gives me chills! This song in particular is a favorite of mine, and how this doesn't have way more views than it already does I cannot even fathom...
