so who is he stealing from? in titles it's just mentioned Bank Manager. I though he played a guy with more background in Batman lore.

@Dantinus i assume yes with discretion, u can kill only if your life is in danger. and prevent theft of your property, but obviously u cant intend to kill if only your property is at risk and not your life.
then again i'm in canada, don't think we can carry firearms here, unless we're hunting or something.
