Me sounding like an eejit while watching the Demolition of Broomview House Flats as part of a 15-year plan to transform what is currently one of the city's most deprived neighbourhoods also involves building new sports and community facilities and a major revamp of the Napier University campus.

haha my mate stays opposite Broomview House and he had to evacuate the house that morning!  I didn't get the chance to go and see Broomview House coming down so thanks for posting this. It must have been awesome to watch live.
