It didn't work for some Windows 7 users because Microsoft disabled the telnet feature (very powerful and useful command for hackers) by default, unlike XP. hamzaboy100's instructions to enable this is correct, but if you don't need that feature for anything else (it's used for remote desktop access) then you may as well leave it disabled.

@BreShiEis1337 you have to go to control penal.. programs and then enable windows features on or off. once you get there you have to enable the telnet server because its disabled in most computers. :) hope this helps bud
