Evansville, Indiana Bailout Protest Local NBC News Coverage

Our local NBC affiliate, WFIE Newswatch 14, covers an impromptu protest The Southern Indiana Campaign for Liberty held on the eve of the Senate's bailout passage. About 30 to 40 people showed up in front of the Federal Building to protest the "yes" vote of Congressman Brad Ellsworth on the House's version of the historic and socialistic bailout package. Ellsworth, a democrat from Indiana's 8th District had even gone on TV locally the previous day stating that 99 out of 100 calls he'd received concernng the bill were AGAINST it, but he voted for it anyway, essentially calling his constituency a bunch of idiots who didn't understand the economy. The man is a former sherriff and he's calling all of us ignorant on economic matters. Priceless. Thanks Congressman Brad Ellsworth for selling out your constituency...not to mention your country. This bailout is nothing more than socialism. The correct course of action would have been to regulate or abolish the Federal Reserve Bank and its fractional reserve banking system, which is the ultimate source of the problem. This is an argument made by those who PREDICTED this collapse of the banking system years ago.
