@ThexInsidexMan Ska's still somewhat popular, i like it the way it is, not to many teeny pop assholes at the shows i've gone too.

God I'm glad at least some kids know what music is.

"ThexInsidexMan" - Dont patronize us. we know what ska is, just cause you were born under a rock and think your so amazing for "discovering" ska music doesn't mean the rest of us were. Its people like you that make me wish ska was dead so that idiots like you could no longer brutalize the genre.

Ska for the win.

@anytimeradio the song itself isnt 100 percent ska but theres major ska influences and since the album it is in is primarily a ska kinda thing/ it goes under ska. if it was a single i wud agree with u. but its not

@ThexInsidexMan, I'm upset I used Reel Big Fish as an example. I can name other hard core ska bands that would have suited the purpose. I get your point, but feel the genre of SKA is still missing in this song. I still like the song, but I would not file it under my ska folder playlist. Here you go watch "Oreskaband" their video of "Wonderful World" and tell me what you think?

ska will never die..it lives in the hearts and souls of every rudie..

@anytimeradio maybe not two tone or as heavy ska as like some reel big fish songs. but its ok to incorporate other styles in ur music and retain ur orignial ideas. i cant even count the number of reel big fish songs that lack upstroke or some other feature. probly cuz they were originally a metal band and aaron has retained a lil of that. point is, its a ska/pop punk bubble gummy song, but ska nonetheless

the song is fortune and fame by the kgb... its a ska song, 3rd wave ska that is. You guys are probably like wtf is ska, well its awesome music ranging from hardcore punk rock with horns to reggae style and everything in between. not many kidds no about it these days due to the hip hop sensation and all that crap.... this is a little pop-ier than moast ska, but still good.
