If anyone's a man of the people, it's guys like Dennis Kucinich and Ron Paul. And Ralph Nader, although he really annoys me with the fact that he only is ever visible in the public eye during ELECTION TIME (presidential ones, anyway), and then he just goes into hiding for another 4 years like an asshole who's not serious about actually BUILDING A MOVEMENT to get 3rd parties better access to office.

Esp. on social and foreign policy issues. I really don't get why conservatives keep calling him a "maverick" or claim he's "too liberal", esp. assholes like J.D. Hayworth. WHAT JOHN MCCAIN ARE YOU SEEING??? He must be one from another dimension.
