A luscious pound cake topped with a rich custard and a sprinkling of cinnamon! Latiya is quite the aromatic dessert...some folks call it "lantiya."

  • latiya, based on the spanish word 'natilla' for custard, in mexico often pronounced 'natiya'. traditional chamorro foods like this one are testament to guam's hispanic heritage. biba chamorro!
