The best way to upload files to You Tube?

What is the best way on a Mac to upload files to youtube for optimum quality? I don't know the answer to this but here is how I've always done it.

NB: The files that iMovie exports are .mov files. The video file of the movie you are watching is 8MB in size.

It also depends on your ISP, If they can provide upload speed that high, then yes, it should be a lot faster.

if i got a new modem my current one is 54.0mbps if i got a new one thats is 300 mbps will it upload faster

You Tube uploads sucks. I'm limiting my videos to multiple 1 minute clips which is a pain in the ass, but it works. How these users get a 45minute video uploaded is a mystery to me.
