That's Butterfly McQueen. Known for being one of Scarlett O'hara maids in "Gone with the Wind". She was a great character movie actress along with Hattie McDaniel and Ethel Waters. Before Lena Horne and Dorothy Dandridge were the first black women to be given lead roles.

Butterfly McQueen had a voice like a parakeet))) truly a trade mark
with high pitch quality. But Gone With the Wind will always hold her
