Cargo Plane Dramatic Video plane landing, bouncing and then bursting into flames + US Plane crash

A cargo plane bounces on the runway and bursts into flames as it lands near Tokyo, killing both crew members on board + A plane crashes in the US state of Montana, aviation officials say, killing 17 people including children.
They say the accident happened as the Federal Express Corp plane landed at Narita international airport from Guangzhou in China.

Japan's NHK public broadcaster showed dramatic footage of the plane landing, bouncing and then bursting into flames on Monday morning local time.

It took firefighters about 30 minutes to bring the fire under control

It's called porpoising, and they teach you all about it in flight school. I did this when I was a student pilot on an early solo flight - it was terrifying, but I recovered. (I imagine it's easier to recover from porpoising in a Cessna though.) Nose up 5-10 degrees, full power, landing aborted. Go around and land the thing properly, taxi to the ramp, and max speed to the nearest drink!
