So, where are those boys in blue and boys in green (ie. those under oath and with assumed powers of arrest and force) when our rights are at stake? Aren't they under oath of office to serve and protect the people? Aren't the rights they should be protecting their rights and the rights of their own offspring, etc. too?
They are also there to guarantee that the absolute power of the monarchy does not exist any longer, and to ensure our rights against the monarchy should they decide to act against the common right of the people and the law.
Both the Government and the Queen are seriously unlikely to even quote these documents unless and until it benefits them to misquote a short part thereof in order to try to enforce something they desire.
And it is the common masses duty and responsibility to enforce these rights, liberties and freedoms just as they were enforced back in the time they were first drafted and presented. It isn't the duty of the Government to do so, as they are the ones it is there to keep tabs on, and they are the least likely men in the world to even attempt to enforce such documentary evidence. Rather, they are attempting to strip away and diminish these documents so our rights are deprived from us once again!
Another load of lies this woman talks is her claim that the Government were the ones to have enforced the Magna Carta, the Declaration of Rights, etc.
What a load of crap!
Read the text of the Magna Carta (the Magna Charta / Charter) and you will see for yourself what a load of crap she is talking. It was the educated people of the common masses who knew how to retain their rights, liberties and freedoms and were known as Freemen who sealed these things. It certainly was not Parliament!
And more importantly than much of the unimportant drivel most lecturers fill the gaps with why does she not mention the unlawfulness of Council Tax and other unlawful nonsense, for example?
If she really is an expert on the Constitution then she should know these things and should be asserting her views on them openly and publicly, calling the masses to a lawful rebellion. She should be teaching people how to exercise a lawful rebellion.
The question which arises here is brutal but according to what you would call a "train of logic and reasoning"...
Why are all the Police, soldiers, judiciary, MP's and PM's these days not being shot dead by the firing squad for "being in breach of their oath of office" just as they themselves ordered to be the fate of those soldiers brave enough to have been there at least?
> blasting all around them on the front lines during WW2 were shot dead for treason under the accusation of "being in breach of their oath of office" for merely not standing up and getting killed by enemy bullets as they were unable to do much else.
Where are the muslim scholars who are knowledgeable enough about this system and are willing enough to secure the rights of the muslims in England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland?
One more thing, why don't the schools on this land teach the children constitutional history and their rights, etc? I think the answer is quite obvious... just take a look at all the treason around us and you will soon see. It is a known fact that soldiers who were unable to move, stuck in the trenches with bombs >
For this matter, muslims (and other religious communities) wanting to ensure their rights in England should have a council of their religious scholars who remain in contact with delegates of the Church of England in order to ensure the Church guarantees their rights as muslims in England. Such issues have absolutely NOTHING to do with Parliament in any way whatsoever and should be imposed upon the Queen and therefore Parliament by the Church of England as a lawful redress for the muslims here!
If Parliament had any kind of sovereignty at all then (1) they would certainly not be public SERVANTS, and (2) the coronation oath of the Queen as per the Coronation Oath 1688, a result of the Declaration of Rights, would be sworn to Parliament and not to the people represented by the Church of England. This is because the Church of England is the state religious institute who guarantee the rights of the common people.
