This is a video clip of the manufacturing process inside the Fortune Tobacco in the Philippines. This tobacco company is already producing full-color graphic warnings on cigarette packs for export to Thailand. An interview with the General Manager reveals that the proposed graphic health warnings on cigarette packs are expected to affect sales ( ie, effective) but that Fortune, ironically, "could not afford it."
Howie Severino and his I-Witness team visit one of the biggest cigarette factory in the Philippines, which supplies one of the most smoking-addicted nations in the world. (One-third of the adult Filipino population smokes)

lol. Muscanda must have never been to Cuba? The workers here use saliva to band the last roll of the cigar...much worse than these cigarette makers....who are more like assemblers than cigarette makers/rollers.
